Key points:
- Planning, optimizing and implementing comprehensive LinkedIn campaigns and ad strategies to maximize the clients brand visibility/ recognition while overseeing all LinkedIn accounts to target new leads via paid media campaigns.
- Conducting research to ensure success in ads and targeting new audiences.
- Tracking and understanding KPIs and industry-wide benchmarks to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
- Monitoring the clients budget and CPC to gain a better ROI.
- Writing attractive and concise copy for ads.
- Collaborate closely with our PPC team, Designers and Account Manager.
- Understand client needs for success and proactively create forecasts that feed into the client’s strategy.
- Diving into industry knowledge and brand identity to meet our client expectations and reviewing new marketing initiatives and producing reports according to the results.

Since this is a Freelance job, you can be based anywhere including our Barcelona office, or remotely, somewhere in the world.
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of working experience with LI ads.
- Confidence and decisiveness in demanding situations.
- Being able to handle industry-standard tools.
- An independent working style.
- Excellent conduct of English (German is a plus).
